SQA Consultant

Our client, a Singapore-based Software Quality Assurance (SQA) company with proven software quality assurance expertise in a numerous software projects across a variety of IT systems for the Finance, Public Sector and Telecommunications industries, is seeking Software Quality Assurance and Testing practitioners who are self-motivated high achievers for their business operations in the Asia Pacific region.

    Job Responsibilities
  • You will play a pivotal role in rendering quality standards and practices in software development projects.
  • You will be required to carry out verification, validation, audit, testing and assurance activities at various stages of the software project life cycle.
  • You will lead and work with clients at various levels and be responsible for work output, reports and customer relationship management.

    Requirements
  • Possess a good degree from recognised universities with major in Computer Science/Engineering or any Computer related subjects. Candidates who possess relevant post graduate qualifications and/or professional certifications will have an added advantage.
  • Min. 3 years experience in software development. Completed several project lifecycles and have exposure to OO and Structured Development Methodologies.
  • Experience in requirements and specifications documentation at every stage of the SDLC.
  • Familiar with quality standards such as ISO, MIL-STD, SPICE, CMM and testing knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Candidates should also have initiative, drive and the ability to work independently and in a team.
