SQA Consultant

Our client, a Singapore-based Software Quality Assurance (SQA) company with proven software quality assurance expertise in a numerous software projects across a variety of IT systems for the Finance, Public Sector and Telecommunications industries, is seeking Software Quality Assurance and Testing practitioners who are self-motivated high achievers for their business operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in rendering quality standards and practices in software development projects.
You will be required to carry out verification, validation, audit, testing and assurance activities at various stages of the software project life cycle.
You will lead and work with clients at various levels and be responsible for work output, reports and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Possess a good degree from recognised universities with major in Computer Science/Engineering or any Computer related subjects. Candidates who possess relevant post graduate qualifications and/or professional certifications will have an added advantage.
Min. 3 years experience in software development. Completed several project lifecycles and have exposure to OO and Structured Development Methodologies.
Experience in requirements and specifications documentation at every stage of the SDLC.
Familiar with quality standards such as ISO, MIL-STD, SPICE, CMM and testing knowledge will be an added advantage.
Proficient in English
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Candidates should also have initiative, drive and the ability to work independently and in a team.
