While project quality assurance is now very established in other engineering fields, notably civil and construction, it is not as pervasive in software engineering projects. Through the extensive software project quality assurance experience of our own consultants, ABR recognizes that software quality must be built-in. A critical aspect in raising software quality lies in the grooming of quality conscious IT resources. ABR differentiates itself by our extensive software quality assurance know-how and our commitment to the ongoing skills development and performance counseling of our referents in their software quality awareness. This begins with all our selected candidates having to go through an initiation to our software quality discipline, and continues throughout their placement period with periodic performance review and skills enhancement in their personal software quality practice. As a result of the continuous grooming of our referents, we develop a lasting relationship that results in a high level of retention, with which ABR will be able to provide long-term placement and career satisfaction.
